    • 30 days or more before departure: 90% refund.
    • 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund.
    • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
  • Cancellation by Best Varanasi Tour: We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or other factors outside our control. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or provide an alternative tour package.

3. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend that all travelers obtain travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost luggage, and other travel-related risks. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during your trip.

4. Health and Safety

  • Travel Requirements: It is the responsibility of travelers to ensure they meet all health and safety requirements for the tour. This includes carrying necessary documents, vaccinations, or any other legal travel requirements.
  • Health and Fitness: Some tours may involve walking or physical activity. By booking a tour, you confirm that you and your travel companions are in good health and physically fit to undertake the tour.
